Group Social Support

Service Description

Group Social Support provides an opportunity for clients to attend and participate in social interactions which are conducted away from clients’ homes, and in or from a fixed base facility, or centre based settings. These activities are designed to develop, maintain and support social interaction and independent living. Activities may include: Group based activities held in or from a facility/centre. Fees: $2.50 Group excursion conducted by centre staff but held away from centre. Fees: On application
